​About the MAP Kitchen​​

​The Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP) Kitchen is a commercial-grade and health department certified kitchen located in our Farmhouse at 387 Massachusetts Ave. As a non-profit food hub, our shared use kitchen is home to our Growing Green youth program, culinary classes for the community, and kitchen tenants who can rent the kitchen by the hour for their food businesses or projects.
 

How to Rent​​​

If you are interested in using our commercial kitchen to prepare or cook food for your food business or non-profit organization, please review and complete the two documents linked below, and send an email to MAP Kitchen Manager, Oboseoye Ojeaga at oboseoye@mass-ave.org. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, or to express interest in starting your Kitchen Rental Application Process.

Rental Fees​

A $50 enrollment fee is required from all tenants before rental. This fee covers start-up and expenses related to unpaid damages, loss of equipment, cleaning and kitchen violations. The fee will be cashed at the time of submission.

Kitchen Rental Rate: $17 an hour
For new businesses (within 1 year) and non-profits there is a 15% discount ($14.45/hr)
