Teenagers! Meeting for MAP’s School-Year Jobs for Youth

MAP is getting ready to hire a team of young people to work with us through the 2016-2017 school year and we want you to apply.

Come (and bring your parents) to a meeting on Tuesday, September 20th at 5:30 PM to learn how to apply for MAP’s SCHOOL-YEAR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.  The meeting will take an hour and it take place at the Grant Street Community Center, at 271 Grant Street in Buffalo.  We will serve a healthy dinner.

At MAP you have the opportunity to:

  • earn a paycheck;
  • gain access to free SAT-tutoring, college-prep, a college tour, and career assistance;
  • join our award-winning educational program;
  • be able to work on our farm, on social media, and in policy-change initiatives; and
  • become part of the MAP family of staff, friends, and supporters!

MAP is a great experience, one that you can include on your resume, and use to gain a one-up in whatever you do after high school.  Plus, you get to be part of our close-knit family where we have fun, learn together, and work together.  At the School-Year Program Meeting you can learn more and sign up for an interview.
