From artist Kyla Kegler: This Sunday, April 23, will be the first of two, all day-long puppet making workshops in preparation for the big Buffalo May Day 2017 spectacular coming up on May 7th! The workshops will be lead by the masterminds behind the operation Elvi Jo Dougherty and Jennifer Connor, and I’ll be assisting! No experience necessary just some enthusiasm to hang out and get your hands messy. All ages welcome (although littles should be accompanied). So stop by and help make some puppets!
This Sunday’s workshop will take place at the WASH project, located at 593 Grant Street, Buffalo, NY 14213. Next Sunday, we will be at The Foundry, located at 398 Northampton Street, Buffalo, NY 14208.
